As an immigrant myself, I understand what it means to live between worlds while holding everything together for everyone else. Many of the women I support carry cultural expectations, family responsibilities, and their own unspoken pain — all at once.

Someone who understands where you come from

As an immigrant myself, I know what it feels like to live between worlds — to carry cultural expectations while trying to stay connected to who you are. I know the weight of responsibility that comes with that, and how isolating it can feel when the people around you do not quite understand what you are navigating.

Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to. My goal is simple: to give you a space where you can set down the weight for a while, be honest about how you are really doing, and begin to find your way forward — without pressure, without judgment, and without having to perform strength.

I bring a Christian faith perspective to my own life, and I welcome spirituality in our work together for those who find it meaningful. Coming to therapy is not a failure of faith. It is one of the most courageous things you can do.

I am completing my MA in Counselling Psychology and practice as a pre-licensed counselling professional under the direct clinical supervision of [Supervisor Name, Credentials]. This means every session benefits from two layers of care: our relationship, and the guidance of an experienced, licensed supervisor. Many clients find that this model offers the same quality of care as a fully licensed therapist — at a more accessible fee.
